The Edinburgh Wheels Project planned to create a community driven regenerative project for the Links bowling green. Creating a new cultural hub for Leith and Edinburgh and providing new opportunities for local businesses.
With the tram installation complete at the Foot of the Walk, this project would now be the perfect opportunity to give a new lease of life to Leith Links. The Bowling Green is located a 5 minute walk from the tram line which attracts new tourists to participate in both existing and future projects.
